Jenna has always been into health and fitness. As a talented actress, Jenna has been featured on TV, toured the country with Broadway musicals, and recorded several cast albums for new musicals in New York and LA. Such a demanding career in the spotlight required her to eat well and have a great physique, but it wasn’t until her fathers’ young death in 2008 from stage-four cancer that this passion for personal health became a calling. At first, she began to educate herself to guard herself against the same fate, but the more she learned the more she found herself helping others.
In 2011, Jenna and her husband Chris decided to try to get pregnant. Five months later, nothing had happened. While this can be normal, Jenna had a suspicion she wasn’t ovulating normally. She and Chris began to research everything they could find, and finally discovered a way to balance her hormones by altering her diet. Within a few weeks they thought they might be pregnant, and after an at-home test and a midwife’s visit, they found out they were right.
This success in her personal health goals drove Jenna toward further study and she enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. While still a student, Jenna began helping others. Her first client lost over 70 lbs and dropped several of his numerous medications within the first three months of working with Jenna. Since then, she has helped numerous clients overcome such challenges as: eating disorders, obesity, chronic inflammation, diabetes, infertility, and more.
Now that she is a mama, this journey has only become more and more exciting as it has truly become a necessity to maintain good health and pass on this wisdom to her little girl. The research she is doing now to give her daughter the best life she can informs her work with people of all ages, and vice versa.
The reason her approach works is this: as a health concierge, Jenna understands that your concerns, your body, and your life are unique. No one approach works for everyone. Jenna works with you to determine what foods will cause your body to thrive, what emotions are causing you to sabotage your future, and how to live the life you truly want.
Jenna is a certified holistic health coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition), a member of the American Association for Drugless Practitioners (AADP), and an ACE (American Counsel on Exercise) Certified Personal & Group Trainer.

Chris has worked in entertainment for the better part of the past two decades, and is currently part the vocal group Under The Streetlamp. He has had an interest in health and fitness since college, when he began to understand that a large part of his career success would be based on his appearance. Unfortunately, it took the death of his father-in-law from cancer in 2008 for Chris to take a more active interest in not only external, but also internal health.
Chris’s first notable success with influencing one’s internal health came when he and Jenna were trying to become pregnant. After five months with no results, and not wanting to use drugs of any sort, Chris scoured any resource he could find to discover natural ways to influence hormones to increase fertility. He shared this information with Jenna, Jenna came up with a dietary protocol, and a month later they were pregnant. Spurred on by this exciting event, Chris supported Jenna in whatever way he could while she enrolled in school to become a holistic health coach.
Still a full-time entertainer, Chris helps in the administration of Jonesin’ For Life. Additionally, Chris has a love for the analytical, and will occasionally help with clients who want a more thorough, scientific explanation of why Jenna’s methods work so well. Did you know that Chris is also in a successful band. More here: www.ChristopherKaleJones.com
